These are the t-statistics and their associated 2-tailed p-values used in testing whether a given coefficient is significantly different from zero. Using an alpha of 0.05.The p-value depends on the significance level chosen (usually 0.05). The p value is computed using the t-stat. the p-value tells you whether the dependent variable is influenced by all of or some of the independent variables and whether the variation in the dependent variable explained by the independent variables is significant or not.
The overall OCB based on Altruism (0.153) is significantly different from 0 because its p-value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 hence the hypothesis “There is no significant relationship between the overall QWL and OCB based on Altruism” is rejected and an alternative hypothesis that is “There is significant relationship between the overall QWL and OCB based on Altruism” is accepted

The overall OCB based on Conscientiousness (0.232) is significantly different from 0 because its p-value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, hence the hypothesis “There is no significant relationship between the overall QWL and OCB based on Conscientiousness.” is rejected and an alternative hypothesis that is “There is significant relationship between the overall QWL and OCB based on Conscientiousness.” is accepted
